Alexis Rosenthal Partner Announcement

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Alexis Rosenthal to Partner at Highridge Search.

This recognition reflects Alexis’s outstanding contributions across client management, leadership, and business development. She is an exceptional executive search professional who has led many of the most notable leadership placements across our core sectors.

In addition to her search work, Alexis spearheads our leadership assessment and development practice - a critical pillar of Highridge Search. Certified in the Hogan Assessment, she has expanded its application to inform organizational design, decision-making frameworks, team development, and onboarding strategies.

Prior to rejoining Darin Eydenberg with Highridge Search, Alexis was part of Sheffield Haworth’s Global Real Assets Group, where she focused on capital raising/investor relations, acquisitions, asset management, development, and broader C-suite mandates, with special emphasis on real estate credit and hospitality.

Alexis began her executive search career at Korn Ferry, working alongside Darin Eydenberg in the firm’s global real estate practice, while also gaining exposure to investment banking, corporate credit, and private equity. She started her career at Barclays in the sales and trading division.

Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and International Affairs from Princeton University. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved milestone and look forward to Alexis’s continued impact on our clients, our firm, and the real estate and hospitality industries.
